Guarantee terms
These terms explain exactly when our guarantee applies: We'll beat your #1 winning ad with 100 fresh creatives in 30 days, or you don't pay. They are agreed in writing before any testing period begins.
1. Minimum testing spend
To qualify for the guarantee, you must spend at least €15,000 on Meta ads during the 30-day testing period, with the agreed portion allocated to testing the new creatives. You are not required to spend this amount. However, if your actual spend falls below the agreed minimum, the guarantee does not apply and our creative service fee remains payable.
A higher minimum testing spend may be required based on your current cost per purchase. Any higher minimum must be agreed in writing before the testing period begins.
2. Creative volume and launch requirements
The 100-creative commitment applies only when the agreed minimum testing spend is met and the necessary budget is made available throughout the testing period. With a lower budget, we adjust the number of creatives produced and launched to the available testing budget, and the guarantee does not apply.
If the agreed budget is made available and all other eligibility conditions are met, producing and launching the 100 creatives remains our responsibility. Our failure to deliver that volume does not invalidate your guarantee.
3. Timing and guarantee coverage
The 30-day period starts when the first agreed batch goes live, provided all required access, assets and budget are available. Final results are assessed after the agreed attribution window has elapsed.
4. Stable trading conditions
Your products remain in stock, your website and checkout remain operational, and purchase tracking remains functional. Material changes to prices, offers or the website must be agreed in advance. Disruptions pause the testing period; material changes require an agreed adjustment to the benchmark.
5. Access and campaign control
You provide the account access needed to launch, manage and measure the tests. We manage creative testing and budget allocation within the agreed budget. Changes to the test campaigns must be agreed with us in advance.
6. A clear definition of "beat"
- A new creative beats the benchmark when it achieves a lower cost per purchase, with at least 20 attributed purchases and an average order value at least equal to the benchmark.
- Both ads are evaluated using the same agreed Meta attribution setting, market and reporting method.
7. An established winning ad
Your brand must have an existing winning ad with at least 150 attributed purchases in the previous 30 days. Before testing begins, we agree on the benchmark ad and record its performance.
